An Ode to Movember CPH Nov 8, 2014 I used to have some facial hair, It was the thing to do I hadn't much at the start, twas just a hair or two. But I persisted in the goal, And one day sprouted manly bush! I showed my mother with great glee, She said it felt like "baby tush." Then came a day when through the zits, a persistent fuzz appeared Perhaps with luck and maybe glue, I'd one day have a beard! But for Mom's heart I shaved it off and alas to my chagrin, I found the girl whose heart I woo'd Also thought that beard was sin. So to the boys with bushy chins Who think your manly scrub Will woo your girl with its hairy charms... You've missed the mark again, Bub! For girls want not the rough and wild, Like Esau in the bush They have a thing for Jacob, And his face like "baby tush."
